F.C. Como Women confirm player signings
COMO, Aug. 16, 2024 - FC Como Women is pleased to announce the arrival of three more new players, thus giving continuity to the team's strengthening campaign ahead of next season: Elisa Del Estal Mateu, Nadine Nischler and Agnete Marcussen.

Elisa Del Estal Mateu, a Spanish forward born in 1993, has signed with the club until June 30, 2025 following the natural expiration of her contract with Napoli. Growing up footballingly in Reocìn and Albacete, she landed in 2017 at Espanyol where she made her mark as one of the best scorers in the league and being awarded MVP on several occasions. She later leaves Spain to wear the Hyundai Red Angels jersey in South Korea with which she won the championship. She returned to Spain in 2022 to Sevilla, and then joined Napoli in B in the 2022/2023 season in which, thanks in part to her goals, she managed to bring the team back to the top division.
Agnete Marcussen signed with the club until June 30, 2026. The Danish footballer, born in 1999, a defender, arrives at F.C. Como Women after a career spent in the Danish league, first at Thisted and then at HB Køge with whom she won the championship. Winning the Danish Liga allowed Marcussen to make her debut in the UEFA Women Champions League in the 2022/2023 season.
Nadine Nischler arrives at F.C. Como Women, signing a contract until June 30, 2026. The midfielder, born in 2000, arrives in Como after an outstanding season at Merano Women in which she led the team to promotion to Serie B. She began her soccer career in Naturno, South Tyrol, but boasts experience abroad in Germany, at Nuremberg, where she wore the German team's jersey for four seasons. He also collected several call-ups to the youth team of the Italian national team.
